Dr. Sarah Eagan
Principle Investigator
Dr. Sarah Eagan is an Assistant Professor at Worcester State University and is the principal investigator who runs the GIVE Lab. She earned her B.A. in Psychology in her home state of California at Sonoma State University. She then traveled to the Midwest and earned her M.A. in Social and Cognitive Processes at Ball State University. After that, she was off to the great corn state to earn her Ph.D. in Social and Cognitive Psychology with a minor in Women’s and Gender Studies from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln.

Andja Kola
Research Assistant
Hi! My name is Andja Kola and I am a junior at Worcester State
University. Double-majoring in Psychology and Liberal Studies (PreMed)
and minoring in Spanish, I am particularly interested in understanding
the human mind and doing research, always focusing on helping people.
A fun fact about me is that I am fluent in three languages including
English.
Anna Rideout
Research Assistant
My name is Anna and I am a Psychology major/Communication Disorders minor at Worcester State. I come from eastern mass and work at a bakery there, as well as a ski lodge here in central mass. I just started learning how to snowboard which I’m really excited about! I look forward to working with Dr. Eagan and the GIVE lab this Spring - I’m hoping to make a positive contribution.
Abigail Rose
Research Assistant
My name is Abigail Rose and I am a senior at Worcester State University. I am majoring in psychology with a concentration in mental health services and a minor in criminal justice. I have always been interested in gaining an understanding of how people think and behave the way they do. In the future, I would like to work alongside criminals/victims, helping them learn ways to appropriately process and cope with their emotions. Outside of academics, I like to spend my free time painting or crocheting or attempting to learn a new form of crafting :)
